FAQs
Q: If my school/synagogue joins the program, are there any costs involved? A: No. This is a NO Risk fund raising program. This means that your school/synagogue is only
obligated to pay for the order that your school/synagogue generates. Payment terms are net 30.
Q: How is this fund raiser different from others in the past?
A: Instead of selling cards to individual families, this is just one card. The synagogue/school purchases the card, and then gives all
the members of the community
the opportunity to have their name listed in the card. Most organizations charge $18.00-$36.00 for the listing. Naturally, the higher the price paid for the listing, the more money an organization will make.
Q: How many names fit on a card? A: Using 8 pt type, we can fit about 80 names on a vertical card, and about 90 names on a horizontal. For a small additional fee, we can also add additional names on an insert. In the spring of ‘10 we will have a sample card posted in our Group B section that can list up to 180 names.
Q: If we have 50 names or less, caN we use larger type? A: Absolutely!
Q: What does it mean to “Reserve” a Card? I am obligated to pay for that card, if our Fund Raiser isn’t successful? A: We have a limited supply of our GROUP A cards, so in order to be sure that we have we enough cards to fill your order, we ask that you reserve the card (be sure to tell us the QTY!) in advance (the sooner, the better!) and choose an alternate. We will email you a confirmation, that we are holding that card, in your requested qty for your school/synagogue. If for some reason, this fund raiser doesn’t generate any money for your school/synagogue, you can cancel your reservation, without owing Another Creation by Michele Pulver,Inc.any money. Q: How do we let our congregants know about this fund raiser? A: Around the end of May,you
can send out a letter/flier notifying the members of your community about this fund rasier. You can also post the info on your website. We will have a poster that you can print out an hang up around your school/school. We
can customize it for you, at no additional charge..just send us an email. Remember, Rosh Hashanah is very early this year. It starts, on
Wednesday, SEPT. 8,2010!
Q: Do you have any posters available to publicize the fund raiser? A: Yes, In May, we will have a PDF file posted that you can print as many copies
as needed to hang and publicize the fund raiser. Click here for POSTER
Q: Are there any deadlines?
A: 1.Yes. All orders MUST BE IN BY AUGUST 10th, 2010, so that we have enough time to proof, print and ship the cards to you, and you will have enough time to mail the cards to congegants/members of your community BEFORE Rosh Hashanah on September 8, 2010
