Community Card Fund Raising Program.

****Reserve either a Group A or Group B card before 6.15.10 and receive a discount
PLUS we will imprint Your return address on the Envelope Flap for FREE!****
In the message box below, please indicate the name of

your synagogue/school, and its location.
Please include contact person’s  name and phone# and email address if possible.
Please indicate which card you are interested in reserving.
It would also be helpful if you could indicate how you heard about us.
 

If you are selecting a GROUP A card, please indicate an alternate. Reserve EARLY!
Please note: Group A cards are available in a limited supply.
Once a card is sold out,
there WILL NOT be any replacements.
Group B cards however, are never are out of stock.

Sorry...There are NO “rain checks” for GROUP A cards...once they are gone...
they are gone.
Definition of a “reservation”: A “reservation” reserves a card for you. If, however, your
organization decides to abandon its Community New Year Card Fund Raiser BEFORE

your order is submitted with the names etc., then your organization will NOT owe

there is no money owed to Another Creation.
Note: All orders for Community Jewish New Year Cards, must be placed before 8.10.10.
Turn around time can be 5-10 business days, depending on current volume and card ordered.
